Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting bids to resurface tennis courts at Lakebottom Park and Double Churches Park. Work includes surface cleaning and crack repair; installation of free-floating, crack-resistant surfacing with flexible acrylic coatings; restriping; replacement or installation of tennis and pickleball nets, posts, anchors, and hardware; removal of selected tennis posts; construction of a dividing fence for the pickleball courts; and site cleanup. Lakebottom Park has four tennis courts, while Double Churches Park will be reconfigured from three tennis courts into two tennis courts and two pickleball courts. The solicitation requires a minimum 20-year surfacing/material warranty at Lakebottom Park, a minimum two-year warranty for specified Double Churches Park work, and submission of a maintenance plan, qualifications and work guarantee, warranty information, and other required bid forms and supporting documents. Bids must be submitted electronically as one PDF through OpenBids, formerly DemandStar. Addendum No. 2 extends the deadline to October 28, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Eastern and requires acknowledgment of the addendum.
