Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting bids for all labor, equipment, and materials required to resurface tennis courts at Lakebottom Park and Double Churches Park. The work includes cleaning and repairing existing asphalt surfaces, preparing the courts, applying green rolled surfacing material, restriping courts, repainting or replacing net posts, installing tennis and pickleball nets, and cleaning the sites. Lakebottom Park includes four tennis courts. Double Churches Park includes two tennis courts and two pickleball courts after conversion of one existing tennis court. The contractor must provide a maintenance plan addressing chemical levels during the curing period, a 12-month workmanship and materials warranty, applicable permits, and required bid-submission documentation. Award will be made in total to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
