Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity job order contract for construction services involving repair and alteration of miscellaneous buildings. Work will be issued through subsequent task orders and may occur at Fort Benning and other Army locations in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. The contract includes pre-priced and non-pre-priced work during normal and other-than-normal working hours, with a minimum guarantee satisfied by a $500 task order and stated maximum line-item values totaling up to $50 million over the five-year ordering period. The opportunity is set aside under the SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business Program. Performance and payment bonds apply to individual task orders, and a 10% bid guarantee is required, capped at $10,000. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation module, including the cost proposal via PIEE Solicitation. The solicitation requires acknowledgment of amendments, a past-performance submission, coefficient exhibits, and an essential contractor services continuity plan.
