Description
Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a fully integrated, secure, scalable ERP system and related implementation services. The solution must support financial management, budgeting, procurement and contract management, human resources, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, reporting and analytics, workflow automation, electronic signatures, mobile and remote access, security controls, and integrations with third-party systems. The selected vendor will provide project management, configuration, data migration and conversion from the City's CGI Advantage environment, integration development, testing, training, documentation, go-live and cutover support, post-implementation support, ongoing maintenance, hosting, software updates, disaster recovery, and service-level support. The proposal must include the vendor's experience and qualifications, at least three comparable public-sector ERP clients, a detailed service and transition plan, an itemized cost proposal, required affidavits and forms, insurance documentation, a W-9, and a current business license. Cloud-hosted data must reside in the United States, and the City must retain ownership of and receive non-proprietary access to its data.
