The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking floor-care services for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, at the Russell County Health Department. The scope includes stripping and waxing tiled floors once per year, steam-cleaning carpeted areas once per year, and cleaning all grouted areas once per year, with furniture removal and replacement included. The service area is approximately 13,500 square feet, and the awarded supplier must provide all chemicals, materials, and equipment. A mandatory site visit is required to submit a quote; quotes from vendors that did not attend will not be considered. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited, and the work must be performed by the owner or legal employees of the awarded supplier. The agency reserves the right not to award based on budget restrictions.
