Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government intends to establish an annual contract with qualified primary and secondary contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for on-call painting, pressure washing, and waterproofing services for buildings and structures on an as-needed basis. The scope includes all listed tasks and requires contractors to perform the work without subcontractors; partial proposals limited to a single service category are not permitted. The City will inspect completed work through its Facilities Maintenance Department. Proposals must acknowledge Addendum No. 1, and the addendum states that failure to acknowledge it may render a submission incomplete or nonresponsive.
