Description
The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from a single concessionaire, or an acceptable business association, to operate food, beverage, retail, and vending concessions throughout Piedmont Triad International Airport. The program includes landside and post-security locations, including cafe marketplace, food-and-beverage, vending, coffee and bar service, food hall, quick-service or fast-casual dining, travel-essentials retail, and related support spaces. The selected proposer must provide transition, management and operations, concepts and designs, financial and pro forma information, and capital investments. Addendum 3 revises Concession Location T2 to approximately 1,750 square feet and confirms updated dimensioned drawings for S2 at approximately 800 square feet. It also clarifies that no specific sustainability initiative costs must be included at this time, passenger traffic and routing are not guaranteed, and future sustainability initiatives may be implemented at the concessionaire's expense. The primary agreement term is ten years. Proposals require operational, design, financial, ownership, experience, and transition materials, along with applicable licenses, financial records, and a $50,000 proposal bond. Physical submissions must include one original, seven copies, and one USB drive; electronic submissions are not accepted.
