Description
The City of High Point is soliciting sealed bids for rehabilitation of the Upper Boulding Branch sanitary sewer system. The work includes cleaning and televising existing sewers and rehabilitating manholes, with possible point repairs, service lateral repairs, manhole-to-manhole sewer replacement, service lateral CIPP, CIPP installation, and pipe bursting. The exact rehabilitation work and quantities will be issued after the contractor reviews CCTV footage. A 5% bid deposit or bid bond is required. After award, the successful contractor must provide separate performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. Contract documents and plans are available through Duncan Parnell for a nonrefundable fee of $250, plus tax and shipping, per set.
