Description
The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority is soliciting a single prime contractor to furnish all labor and materials for the roof re-covering of Cargo Buildings 2 and 3 at Piedmont Triad International Airport. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina law and submit the appropriate Bid Form. Each bid must include bid security equal to at least 5% of the proposal, including applicable alternates; a bid bond may be provided in lieu of a cash deposit, cashier’s check, or certified check. The successful contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price. A mandatory pre-bid conference and project-site walk-through will be held before bid submission.
