Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 6,680–8,200 gross rentable square feet of commercial retail space in Greensboro, North Carolina, within ZIP Code 27408, for Armed Forces recruiting purposes. The preferred arrangement is a full-service lease covering base rent, common-area maintenance, utilities, and janitorial services for a five-year term with Government termination rights. Non-exclusive parking for 19 Government vehicles must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The offered space must satisfy Government lease requirements and may require initial alterations, telecommunications compliance, and janitorial services. The Government will also consider temporary space for up to 12 months while permanent space is constructed. Responses must include the signed Proposal to Lease Space document, a proposed floor plan, an initial alterations quote, and an exclusivity agreement when applicable. Respondents must be the lessor or representatives holding an exclusivity agreement dated before the announcement date.
