Description
The City of Greensboro is seeking qualification responses from contractors to provide nuisance abatement, property cleanup, securing, and related services on an as-needed basis for properties throughout Greensboro. The City may award contracts to up to 20 qualified contractors, with assignments issued through written scopes of work or work orders and no guaranteed minimum workload or contract value. The scope includes mowing and vegetative-growth removal; collection, hauling, and lawful disposal of trash, debris, limbs, brush, appliances, and tires; tree removal; swimming-pool water removal; graffiti removal; boarding and securing of doors, windows, oversized openings, and unsafe areas; and other authorized exterior abatement. Contractors must furnish the labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, materials, permits, disposal, safety measures, and documentation required for each assignment. Responses must address qualifications, staffing, equipment, capacity, safety procedures, subcontractors, licenses, permits, insurance, and three comparable references, and must include the required qualification and pricing appendices.
