Description
This project involves the replacement of the HVAC systems for the City of Ellensburg's Public Library and Hal Holmes Community Center. The Public Library's HVAC system will be updated with a new heat pump chiller installed on the roof, replacing the existing cooling tower. The Community Center's HVAC units will be replaced with six new air source heat pump packaged rooftop units, matching the existing configuration. Bid documents can be accessed on the Public Works & Utilities homepage of the City's website. The City of Ellensburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Bidder responsibility and competency, along with their subcontractors, will be evaluated during the award process. All submitted documents will be considered public record.
