Description
The County seeks a licensed Mold Remediator to provide non-exclusive, not-to-exceed moisture and mold remediation services at various Seaport Department locations. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other resources needed to perform work identified in materials testing reports. Tasks may include water extraction, treatment of walls, floors, and ceilings with mildewcide and antimicrobial products, deodorization, drying and dehumidification, and HEPA vacuuming. Work is authorized through individual work orders and paid using the awarded unit prices; the contractor is not guaranteed a particular volume of work.
