Description
The Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Miami-Dade County is establishing a Vendor Bench of qualified vendors eligible for future spot-market competitions involving window treatments, window film, and related goods and installation services. The bench includes two groups: window treatment purchase and installation, and window film purchase and installation. Eligible vendors must demonstrate the ability to source, supply, customize, install, and deliver the applicable products. Window treatment examples include blackout shades, blinds, drapery, motorized shades, roller shades, solar shades, shutters, and related hardware. Window film examples include blast mitigation, decorative or frosted, and safety or security film. Group-specific qualification materials include manufacturer and brand information, manufacturer authorization or a signed fabrication statement when applicable, and two relevant commercial or government references with complete contact information. The Vendor Bench term is 60 months after establishment, with possible extensions.
