Description
The County seeks a Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan Gold subscription, including the In Lieu of Warranty option and Consigned Inventory Management, for four AW139 helicopters. Coverage includes inspections, maintenance, mechanical components, parts, repairs, and services, with approximately 300 flight hours per aircraft annually. The plan also includes prepaid counter-to-counter coverage for U.S. aircraft-on-ground situations, priority parts delivery, technical publications, troubleshooting support for no-fault-found events, recertification, and road-trip assistance by an authorized channel partner. The bidder must be the manufacturer or an authorized agent, dealer, or distributor and provide verifiable proof of that status. The bidder or its subcontractor must provide two signed customer reference letters for similar work, or qualifying references for key personnel may be considered. The contract term is 60 months; the award is to the lowest-priced responsive, responsible bidder. A certified Small Business Enterprise bid preference applies.
