Description
Monroe County Tourist Development Council and Visit Florida Keys seek a professional agency to represent The Florida Keys and Key West in Brazil, Argentina, and other approved Latin American markets. Services include market strategy and annual sales planning; travel-trade sales representation; trade database management; agent training and destination education in Portuguese and Spanish; cooperative marketing; trade shows, sales missions, workshops, roadshows, and in-market events; familiarization-trip and destination-review support; airline and access monitoring; collateral and content support; inquiry response; market intelligence; and liaison services with tour operators, travel agencies, online travel agencies, airlines, receptive operators, and other tourism partners. The selected agency must provide a dedicated account manager and supporting staff, monthly activity and performance reports, quarterly market intelligence and competitive insights, an annual performance summary, and monthly virtual meetings with Visit Florida Keys. Optional services may include localized content, native-language newsletters, paid advertising, sales activations, MICE representation, and localized sales materials. The proposal must address personnel qualifications, project approach, past performance, financial ability, Florida registration, and required certifications and forms. Public relations, media relations, press outreach, earned media, and crisis communications are expressly excluded from the requested scope.
