Morgan County Schools is soliciting quotations for the furnishing, delivery, assembly, and complete installation of one approximately 20-by-36-foot educational greenhouse at Paw Paw Schools. The scope includes site clearing and preparation, grading, aggregate and anchoring, a galvanized steel greenhouse structure with polycarbonate covering and end walls, commercial doors, ventilation and cooling equipment, thermostatic controls, circulation fans, a 50% shade-cloth system, galvanized growing benches, and all required hardware. The contractor must also provide complete electrical installation, including GFCI-protected receptacles, interior LED instructional lighting, wiring, conduit, disconnects, panels, controls, testing, cleanup, and site restoration. Heating, water service, and irrigation are expressly excluded. The response must include pricing, product photos and specifications, lead-time and estimated completion information, warranty information, and the listed vendor-registration and signed compliance documents.
