Description
Lewis County Schools is soliciting bids for a district-wide contract covering commercial plumbing and fire suppression services for all its facilities. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, inspections, and emergency repair services for commercial plumbing systems, parts procurement, and comprehensive fire suppression/sprinkler services. The contract covers 10 locations including schools, the board of education office, maintenance and transportation departments. The initial term is one year with two optional one-year renewals. Pricing is requested for standard and emergency labor rates, trip charges, annual inspection fees, and a material markup capped at 15%. Vendors must provide a valid WV contractor license, business registration, background clearance for personnel, and insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence general liability.
