Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting a contractor to clean out and plug two orphan gas wells in Washington Township, Greene County. Each well is estimated to be 3,000–6,000 feet deep. The work also includes preparing and restoring the well sites and mobilizing and demobilizing plugging equipment in accordance with Department specifications. The project has an estimated value of $300,000 to $500,000, requires a bid bond, and has a 365-calendar-day term. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required; failure to attend will cause rejection of the bid. Bids must be submitted through BidExpress.
