Description
The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from qualified, properly licensed surveying firms for a coastwide survey of all sites in the Coastwide Reference Monitoring System. Work includes a coastwide network solution using Geoid 12B, high-precision surveys of 53 RSET benchmarks, hydrology-station and RSET surveys, marsh-surface and fringe-marsh elevation measurements, water-bottom elevation data collection, QA/QC, and updated monument datasheets. Required deliverables include biweekly status reports, site-specific survey reports with data summaries and precision metrics, and an update to observed subsidence assumptions based on prior studies. Field work is scheduled from December 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with reporting and review continuing through March 2028. Proposers must submit an executive summary, CPRA Form 24-102, a signed Certification Statement, and separate Form 24-102 submissions for proposed subcontractors; certified Veteran and Hudson Initiative subcontractor certificates are highly desirable when applicable.
