Description
Acadia Parish School District is soliciting proposals for shared fiber Internet access serving 34 E-Rate-eligible sites and two data centers. Vendors must price 10 Gbps and 20 Gbps service options for each data center, disclose all recurring, one-time, regulatory, and other fees, and provide service-provider billing through the E-Rate program. The scope includes installation and initial configuration; special construction is excluded. The district seeks a 36-month contract with two one-year extensions, not to exceed 60 months, with services beginning July 1, 2027. Proposals will be evaluated primarily on eligible-service cost, technical design, service-start capability, references and experience, and the location of technical support. Vendors must provide at least three references from public schools of equal or larger size and submit the required cover sheet, non-collusion form, table of contents, pricing forms, and proposal materials.
