Description
The City of Scott is soliciting sealed bids for the Harvest Pointe Overlay project, consisting of patching and overlaying a section of Harvest Pointe Circle. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the specifications and documents. For bids of $50,000 or more, the bidder must hold the applicable Louisiana contractor license classification for highway, street, and bridge construction, including permanent or paved highways and streets using asphalt hot- or cold-plant mix, and must display the license number on the sealed envelope. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for the full contract amount, upon award.
