Description
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, anticipates procuring one portable phased array ultrasonic flaw detector for nondestructive testing inspection of welds. The offer must be firm-fixed price and include all freight charges, with delivery on an F.O.B. Fermilab basis. Award will be made using a best-value, lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, and the buyer intends to award without discussions. The proposal package must include the completed RFP page, the SARC Subcontractor Annual Representations and Certifications form if it was not completed within the last year, and the PUR-466 Proposal Certifications form. The resulting purchase order or subcontract will incorporate the stated commercial-products and commercial-services terms and conditions.
