East Aurora School District #131 is soliciting bids for repairs to the windows at its Admin Center. Bidders must attend a mandatory on-site pre-bid conference on September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., visit the site, and become familiar with existing conditions before submitting a final bid. Pre-bid walkthroughs are available by appointment from September 16 through September 22, 2026. Prevailing-wage requirements may apply to labor performed under the public-works contract. Each bid must include a bid bond equal to 10% of the base bid plus additive alternates, payable to the Owner. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. Contract documents are available through ADC Technologies / Vesco Reprographics or the architect's online plan room.
