Description
The City of Aurora is soliciting bids for a dark mahogany golf shop sales counter designed to accommodate two POS systems, an eight-foot back counter, seven slatwall sections, nesting tables, a four-way display, a round table, a hang/fold unit with shelves and accessories, and a hat cube display with drawer. The pricing must include all parts required for assembly and delivery; the City will remove the existing fixtures before delivery and install the new items. The products must be delivered on or before December 1, 2026, to the Phillips Park Golf Course. The solicitation requires product literature, specifications, drawings, photographs, manufacturer information, or other documentation sufficient to demonstrate compliance, along with references and the listed vendor submission forms. A manufacturer warranty is required. The City will award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, considering price, qualifications, experience, capacity, and compliance with the specifications.
