Description
Kane County is soliciting competitive bids for the furnishing and delivery of various OEM toner cartridges to county departments and facilities. The bid lists 509 estimated cartridges, including HP and Xerox cartridges; remanufactured cartridges will not be accepted. Pricing must include delivery, transportation, and handling, with inside delivery to county locations in Geneva, Aurora, Elgin, and St. Charles, Illinois. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. must ship the following business day, and vendors must maintain sufficient inventory. Cartridges must be delivered in boxes suitable for returning empty cartridges for recycling. The contract term is two years, with three optional one-year renewal periods if mutually agreed. Bidders must submit the signed Offer to Contract Form, completed pricing spreadsheet, current proof of insurance, references, and acknowledgment of Addendum 1 through the designated electronic portal as a single PDF response; the pricing spreadsheet is a separate Excel attachment. The solicitation states that insurance, contractor disclosure, and familial relationship disclosure documents are required upon award or contract execution, except that current insurance coverage proof is requested with the bid response.
