Description
The City of Aurora is accepting applications for 2027 funding under the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program. Applications may support eligible affordable housing and community development projects, subject to applicable federal HOME regulations and the City’s review requirements. Applicants must complete the application sections covering the project summary, project narrative, development, site information, required attachments, conflicts of interest, certification, and additional attachments. Agencies seeking Community Housing Development Organization funds must submit a separate CHDO application. The City may request additional information or revisions to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
