Description
The City of St. Peters is soliciting sealed proposals for project 26-193, Communications HVAC Replacement & Improvements, at its Communications Building. The opportunity concerns replacement and improvement of the building's HVAC systems; detailed contract documents are to be made available through the city's website. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 28, 2026. Written questions are due to the Purchasing Department by noon local time on September 3, 2026, and sealed proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on September 16, 2026. The proposal opening will be non-public.
