Description
The City of St. Charles is seeking qualified contractors to complete parking improvements along the east frontage of N. 3rd Avenue. The work includes restoration of sidewalks, curb and gutter, parkways, and pavement, along with installation of new curb extensions, ADA ramps, and diagonal parking. The opportunity includes a bid document/specifications, price proposal worksheet, special provisions, and parking improvement plans. Electronic submission is required. A bid bond is required, and no pre-bid conference is available.
