Description
The City of St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking a qualified consultant or contractor to design and install Phase One of a new disc golf course at Legacy Farms Park. Evaluation factors include pricing, preliminary concept design, proposed equipment, the firm's experience and qualifications, ability to perform the work, and references. The selected contractor must pay workers no less than the prevailing hourly wage rates established by the Missouri Department of Labor. Sealed proposals must be submitted in duplicate, and the City may conduct post-bid interviews with one or more bidders.
