The U.S. Navy is soliciting quotes to repair and upgrade circuit card assembly part number D0031168-2003, NSN 5998-01-677-9792, and return it to a ready-for-issue condition. The work includes inspection, troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, and any necessary materials, labor, facilities, tooling, and test equipment.
