Description
Onondaga County is soliciting bids for an audio-visual modernization system for its Legislature chambers. The scope includes specified or equivalent cameras, tripods, video switching, HDMI-over-IP extenders, audio amplification and digital signal processing, managed PoE networking, assistive listening equipment, Cat 6 plenum cable, and related cables and accessories. The work also includes installation, configuration, commissioning, training on the complete solution, and ongoing preventative maintenance after the warranty period. The equipment must be compatible with the County's existing systems, and installation must accommodate the building's limited cable pathway. New York State prevailing wage rates apply to the installation labor, and the solicitation requires insurance and a Certificate of Registration with the bid.
