Description
C&S Technical Resources, Inc. is seeking qualified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise subcontractors and suppliers for a multi-prime, 30,000-square-foot renovation of Coyne Hall at Onondaga Community College. The project covers the first and second floors and includes demolition, abatement, fire protection, interior upgrades, and interior finishes. The work is identified as a tax-exempt capital improvement project subject to prevailing-wage requirements. The opportunity includes an 18% Minority Business Enterprise goal and a 12% Women Business Enterprise goal.
