Description
The Colorado State Patrol is soliciting new, original-manufacturer EOTech EXPS3 HD holographic weapon sights, including red-dot units and an available green-dot option, with integrated quick-detach mounts and specified optical, environmental, and operational characteristics. The initial allocation is approximately 250 units, with anticipated purchases of approximately 250 units annually and up to or exceeding 800 total units over the contract term, subject to annual funding and purchase orders. The awarded vendor must provide a one-for-one trade-in buyback program for legacy Trijicon MRO red-dot sights with attached mounts, including inspection, serial-number tracking, prepaid return logistics, standard manufacturer warranty coverage, customer support, and replacement of defective optics. Award will be based on the lowest total net cost, calculated from new-optic pricing less trade-in credits. Bidders must complete the pricing sheet and signature page, submit a W-9, and provide any required service-disabled veteran-owned small-business certification documentation if claiming that preference.
