Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting prototype project proposals for 155mm Modular Artillery for Combat Effectiveness (MACE), involving large-caliber ammunition over 125mm and ammunition manufacturing. Controlled technical materials include the purchase description and packaging and unitization drawings. Offerors must complete and submit the Technical Data Request Questionnaire, Non-Disclosure and Non-U.S. Agreement, and DD2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement for contracting approval before receiving access to the controlled purchase description and packaging drawings. Amendment 0001 extends the response deadline to October 30, 2026, and revises the Basic Agreement Years in the outside funding contribution schedule from fiscal years 2026–2028 to fiscal years 2027–2029.
