Description
The Purchasing Cooperative of America is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide firing-range products and services for current and future cooperative members on a local, regional, statewide, or national basis. The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity solicitation permits vendors to offer products only, services only, or both, including rifle and shooting-range equipment and supplies, portable shooting ranges, firearms training simulators, reloading equipment, targets, and range-equipment maintenance and repair. Vendors may also propose related value-added products and services. Respondents must submit qualifications, company and personnel information, relevant public-sector experience, at least three customer references from the past two years, scope-and-specifications responses, pricing or catalog discounts, and required certifications and forms. The resulting contract is intended to support future purchases by cooperative members, with one or more awards possible. The contract term is generally one year with four one-year renewal options for commodity and most service contracts.
