Description
Brian Head Town is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering design, bidding support, construction management, and inspection services for an approximately 1,000-foot expansion of the existing paved Brian Head Town Trail. Design services include project initiation and data collection; preliminary design with alignment alternatives and an initial cost estimate; 60%, 90%, and 100% bid-ready design submittals; detailed engineering plans; updated construction cost estimates; and preparation of bid documents. Construction-related services include pre-construction administration, contractor schedule and safety-plan review, construction inspection and quality assurance, materials testing, contract administration, pay-application and change-order management, schedule monitoring, punch-list generation, as-built drawings, and final acceptance. Proposals must include an executive summary, project team and approach, completion time frames for each scope item, experience with at least two similar projects and references, and a separately submitted cost proposal identifying deliverable-level costs and reimbursable charges or rates. The cost proposal is limited to two pages and is evaluated separately from the non-cost materials.
