Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting Stage II bids from contractors already prequalified through the applicable Stage I process and listed on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project involves constructing a new pre-engineered metal building for equipment and salt storage, replacing an existing shed building, with minor site work included. The construction cost estimate is $423,486.00. Bidders must complete the online bid table, submit a bid bond, provide required contractor and business information, acknowledge applicable addenda, and certify agreement with the DFCM General Conditions and other stated requirements. The subcontractors list must also be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the solicitation deadline.
