Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is seeking a contractor to complete elevator modernization at Utah Tech University's Cox Auditorium. The construction cost estimate is $145,789. The solicitation requires an online bid-table submission, a bid bond, contractor and business licensing information, business organization and legal-address details, project and signature-authority contact information, and acknowledgment of applicable DFCM requirements. A subcontractors list must also be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the solicitation deadline. The bid must remain valid for 45 days after opening.
