Description
Southern Utah University is requesting bids for two Main Rotor Blades, Part Number 206-015-001-119, constituting one set. Bidders must provide itemized pricing, total cost including freight and all other charges, product availability, and the earliest estimated delivery date. The university has a loading dock, forklifts, and manpower available to assist with unloading most items. Award evaluation may consider experience, performance ratings, inspection and testing, quality, workmanship, delivery timing and method, references, financial stability, cost, suitability, and safety practices. Vendors must provide the requested bid in writing and comply with applicable university terms, Utah procurement law, debarment certification requirements, and the stated certification concerning a boycott of the State of Israel. Southern Utah University is tax-exempt and nonprofit; a tax-exemption certificate will be provided to the winning vendor upon request.
