Description
Hurricane City is soliciting bids and statements of qualifications from contractors for reconstruction improvements on 100 South and 200 West. The work includes approximately 1,600 feet of new two-lane roadway on 100 South with parking strips, curb and gutter, planter strips, and sidewalks on both sides, plus approximately 550 feet of new one-lane roadway on 200 West with related curb, gutter, park strips, planter strips, and sidewalks. Utility and streetscape work includes installation of approximately 1,600 feet of 8-inch culinary water line, water services, 1,600 feet of 8-inch pressure irrigation line, irrigation services, storm drainpipe ranging from 12 to 18 inches, underground power for new street lights, and new street lights. The bid deadline is September 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; attendance at the September 16, 2026, pre-bid conference is mandatory.
