Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is conducting a Stage II Invitation to Bid limited to contractors that have completed the applicable Stage I prequalification and are on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project requires full replacement of the Smith Computer Center roof membrane with added insulation at Utah Tech University. The estimated construction cost is $450,000. Bidders must complete the online BidTable, upload one PDF bid bond, answer required questions regarding addenda, licensing, business information, points of contact, signature authority, and acknowledgment of DFCM requirements, and click “Submit and Finalize My Submission” for the response to be received. The subcontractors list must be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the submission deadline. A mandatory meeting is scheduled at 1526 E Medical Center Drive, St. George, Utah.
