Description
The U.S. Air Force is procuring equipment and installation services to upgrade interview-room monitoring capabilities at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The requirement includes systems for two rooms in Building 37 and one room in Building 34, including servers with 2 TB storage, room controllers, power supplies, fixed cameras, microphones, monitoring computers or laptops, five-port Ethernet switching, and investigator flagging kits. The contractor must furnish, install, configure, and functionally and operationally test the systems; provide perpetual licensing with no recurring fees; ensure equipment is TAA-compliant, 889-compliant, and not sourced from China; provide equipment breakdowns, data sheets, manuals, training, and warranty support; and complete the project within 120 calendar days after award. The contractor must have at least two years of professional experience installing and configuring interview-room recording technology for law-enforcement teams, including secure surveillance-data infrastructure and video analytics or artificial-intelligence solutions. Telework is not permitted, and the work requires on-site access to the installation.
