Templeton Community Services District is soliciting sealed bids for construction of Phase 1 improvements at Evers Sports Park. The scope includes demolition and clearing, grading and earthwork, asphalt and concrete paving, curbs and gutters, ADA ramps and walkways, handrails, stabilized decomposed granite paths, retaining walls, storm drainage and a Filterra BioScape bioretention system, parking and accessibility improvements, playground equipment and foundations, poured-in-place resilient playground surfacing, site furnishings, permanent fencing and gates, irrigation improvements, and landscape planting. Addendum 2 clarifies the bid scope, including that no new bleachers or bleacher foundation work is required; playground perimeter curbing is included, and the concrete benches listed in one bid item are disregarded. The work also includes tree protection and removal, arborist services, root barriers, planting and mulch, and irrigation modifications. The project remains subject to the prescribed bid forms, mandatory pre-bid conference, bid guarantee, subcontractor disclosures, experience qualifications, California public works licensing and registration, prevailing-wage, bonding, insurance, and grant-funding requirements.
