Description
The contractor shall provide dumpsters for use by all prime contractors at the Vista Continuation High School modernization project, including two or more dumpsters on site when requested. The scope includes fifty dumpster haul-offs and all required dumping and recycling fees. The work is a public-works construction contract with a lump-sum award structure, prevailing-wage requirements, and a 490-calendar-day project duration. Bidders must submit the prescribed bid package, including the bid form, bid security, subcontractor list, notarized non-collusion declaration, sufficient-funds declaration, asbestos and lead exclusion certifications, DVBE participation documentation, and other forms identified as required with the bid. The contractor must hold the required California license classification and provide the specified insurance and bonds.
