Description
The City of Chandler is soliciting a contractor to construct a new community garden and complete associated site improvements at 190 South Dakota Street. Work includes raised concrete masonry unit garden beds; a retrofitted shipping container for storage and program space; a shade structure canopy; a seat wall; steel fencing with roll and swing gates; a concrete masonry unit perimeter wall; concrete unit pavers; stabilized decomposed granite paving; concrete headers; a decorative water feature; site lighting and electrical improvements; grading; site furnishings and amenities; and landscape and irrigation improvements. The work must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
