Description
The Town of Gilbert is seeking a qualified firm to provide full-service sponsorship management for its Parks and Recreation Department. Services include inventorying and valuing sponsorship assets, benchmarking comparable facilities and events, developing tiered sponsorship packages and pricing, creating marketing materials, identifying aligned corporate partners, and actively soliciting, negotiating, and securing sponsorship commitments. The initial scope focuses on Cactus Yards, with consulting-only evaluation of the Town's special events portfolio, followed by potential expansion to Gilbert Regional Park, Desert Sky Park, and other Town-operated facilities or programs. The selected firm will provide phased deliverables, including asset inventories, sponsorship programs, prospect pipelines, executed sponsorship agreements, monthly status reports, and annual revenue summaries. Proposals must address organizational capacity, methodology, communications and reporting, references, key personnel, and fee or commission structure. The initial agreement is for two years, with up to three additional one-year renewals, for a maximum five-year term.
