Description
The Town of Gilbert is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified architecture/engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for a comprehensive update of the Neely Water Reclamation Facility Operations and Maintenance manual. The selected consultant will prepare updated hardcopy and digital manuals incorporating recent facility improvements, including oxidation ditch rotor upgrades, diffuser replacements, return and waste activated sludge station modifications, odor control improvements, and filter and bar screen updates. The scope includes evaluating existing O&M materials, operational workflows, and historical reference documents; refreshing design criteria matrices, troubleshooting decision trees, water quality procedures, formula sheets, and asset management tables; and producing a user-friendly manual set supporting daily operations, operator training, and consistent process execution. No construction work is included. The statement of qualifications must be submitted as one non-password-protected, PC-readable PDF through the Town of Gilbert electronic bidding platform.
