Description
The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is soliciting sealed bids for the Coles Street Park Demolition Project. The work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish and remove all site elements within the park and complete associated work shown in the drawings and described in the bid specifications. The contractor must complete the project within 180 days after receiving written notice to proceed. Bids must include the required bid security and surety consent, comply with applicable New Jersey public-works, prevailing-wage, affirmative-action, and contractor-registration requirements, and include the required ownership disclosure. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour is required for bid eligibility.
