Description
The City of Bloomington is seeking qualifications for construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for a new clubhouse and course improvements at Dwan Golf Course. The selected CMAR firm will work with the City's project team, including City staff, stakeholders, consultants, and the City's contracted architectural and engineering firm, to construct the new golf clubhouse facility. The City intends to use CMAR as the construction delivery process for the project.
