Description
This solicitation covers replacing carpet with marble or porcelain stoneware flooring in three offices and a hallway within an office building at the U.S. Embassy compound in Rome, Italy. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the work. The project is estimated at less than $25,000, and the resulting contract will be firm fixed price. The Government may award based on the initial offer without discussions. Interested offerors must request the solicitation package by emailing RomeGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than September 7, 2026, at 12:00 noon local time. Offers are due September 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time. No solicitation attachments have been posted, and the pre-quotation conference and site visit dates will be provided in the solicitation package.
